Let's answer your question

When will my order arrive?

All UK orders are shipped within 3 days (framed prints do take an extra couple of days, due to being made by hand!) If your order contains multiple items, then please note that prints will arrive separately from other items.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Our products have different shipping rates, due to their weight and destination.

Shipping within the UK is £3.50 for unframed/framed prints and homeware. Prices for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout (no registration required).

Shipping within the UK is £1.00 for greetings cards. Prices for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout (no registration required).

How will you ship my order?

We ship our prints via 24 Tracked ParcelForce for UK destinations, and all other items via 2nd Royal Mail. 

All overseas orders are shipped by Tracked AirMail. 

Don’t forget, you’ll always see the shipping cost when you checkout!

Will I need to pay local tax or duties on my order?

We have 3 print warehouses located around the world! They are stationed in the UK, Europe and the USA. If your order is being shipped outside of the USA (E.g. To Canada) it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Another example… If you are located in Europe, then your order will be shipped from our Holland warehouse, and you are liable for any taxes that your country (outside of the EU) charges. Any such charges are your responsibility.

For all other items, they are shipped from our UK studio, and therefore, you are liable for any customs charges and country taxes at your destination.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order date. Simply send an email to studio@francescollett.com with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line.

Do you accept refunds?

All prints are printed to order therefore we cannot accept returns on the basis of a refund, unless faulty. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, if faulty. 

We gladly accept returns for all other items, if for any reason you have a change of mind. Please be aware that all products must be in perfect re-selling condition (with tags on) to qualify for a refund.

Return postage is at the customer's expense. We advise postage via a trackable method, as we cannot refund/exchange until the product is returned.
